This blog is created with one goal in mind: to share the valuable experience in the manufacturing environment for the benefit of all supervisors, foreman, line leaders or maybe even production executives and managers. Keyword here is SHARE. I am not saying that my take on things are always correct. They are what I have tried, observed and implemented.
